Senior .NET Full Stack Lead
Location: Frisco, TX (Local Candidates Only No Relocation)
Work Mode: 3 Days Hybrid (Onsite in Frisco, TX)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Lead for a critical role with a major health insurance client in Frisco, TX. The ideal candidate must be local to Dallas/Fort Worth area and available to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite). This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in .NET technologies and modern front-end frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to the development of scalable, secure .NET full stack applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and DevOps
Design and implement RESTful APIs, web services, and front-end components
Guide and mentor team members on architecture, design, and coding best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full software stack
Ensure adherence to agile development methodology and DevOps processes
Technical Skills Required:
Strong expertise in .NET Core / .NET Framework, C#, and ASP.NET MVC
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular or React
Solid experience with REST APIs, Entity Framework, LINQ
Knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, and database design
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git
Strong understanding of design patterns, security, and best coding practices
Experience working in agile teams with story-based development and JIRA
Must-Have Qualifications:
8 years of full stack development experience
Prior lead experience guiding teams and projects
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders
Must be currently based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area (Relocation not accepted)
Available to work 3 days a week onsite in Frisco, TX
