We are seeking an experienced Machine Shop Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our manufacturing facilities and ensuring the safe operation of our equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in the machine trade industry with management experience. They should also have a thorough knowledge of all plant operating processes and equipment, purchasing procedures, safety procedures, governmental regulations, and company policies.
In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. You should also have a working knowledge of MS Office and be available to respond to emergency situations as needed.
