POSITION SUMMARY:
The Online Sales Counselor (OSC) is responsible for coordinating and managing online sales contacts and telephone inquiries for First America Homes. The OSC will be a lead generator and the first point of contact for incoming corporate leads. The responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to, scheduling direct appointments with respective community sales representatives. The OSC will be responsible for confirming appointments prior to the appointment’s scheduled time and confirming appointments were kept. This is an exempt position reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications. The position offers excellent earning potential plus a comprehensive benefits package. Weekend hours are required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet community lead and appointment quotas.
- Reach out to prospects who have initiated an inquiry through social media, email, digital or by telephone within two hours of receiving inquiry.
- Continue to follow-up to schedule an appointment between a sales counselor and a prospective buyer within 24-hours of initial contact.
- Schedule appointments for community sales counselors and provide consistent follow-up on all lead activities.
- Confirm appointments prior to appointment date and follow-up with sales counselors.
- Enter lead data and follow-up information into CRM database (HubSpot).
- Assist the marketing team in building interest lists for "Coming Soon" communities.
- Provide accurate sales and marketing information to all leads and prospects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with realtors, ensuring they are informed of the latest incentives and promotions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-2 years’ experience making high-volume sales calls or lead generation
- Real estate knowledge a plus
- Current Facebook and Instagram accounts
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications
- A drive to grow and convert leads to successful closure
- Ability to connect with people and create relationships
- Customer-centric and adept at overcoming various sales objections and concerns
- Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
