What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging with new and existing customers, guiding them through our products and services
- Providing quotes, processing orders, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with our design and production teams to bring creative signage ideas to life
- Answering calls, emails, and online inquiries with enthusiasm and expertise
- Supporting the team by running reports, capturing leads and advancing the sales pipeline
- A customer-first mindset with great communication skills
- Sales or customer service experience (bonus points if it’s in signage, printing, or a creative industry!)
- Ability to stay organized and keep multiple projects moving forward
- A love for learning
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, email, and quoting software
