Overview : Are you ready to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team at a fast-growing company? Join SignUp Software, a global leader in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ISV solutions, as our North America Sales Director. This senior leadership role focuses on driving partner sales, direct sales, and business development performance across the region. As a strategic leader, you will shape our sales strategy, expand our market presence, and drive revenue growth for our ExFlow and Axtension solution portfolios.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Leadership : Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Planning : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in North America.
  • Customer Engagement : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, conducting workshops, webinars, and direct engagements to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
  • Sales Execution : Oversee the sales process from initial engagement to closing deals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive business value.
  • Solution Design Demos : Collaborate with pre-sales technical teams to design and present customized solutions, articulating the value proposition of ExFlow and Axtension to stakeholders.
  • Pipeline Management : Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting business performance and ensuring a steady flow of prospects and solution revenues.
  • Partner Collaboration : Work closely with key partners, including system integrators and Microsoft, to drive joint sales initiatives, uncover new opportunities, and expand our market reach.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • 7 years of experience in technology-related SaaS sales or account management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a growth mindset and a self-driven approach to learning and development.
  • Excellent written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
  • Experience working with Microsoft partners and ISVs.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, finance, or business operations.
