Signage and large format digital printing company is seeking a Graphic Design-Account Manager
Overview:
The Graphic Design Account Manager responsibilities will include working directly with existing and new customers on their graphic design needs. Occasional visits to client locations may be necessary to develop positive relationships and support customers’ needs, as well as generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
Education and/or Work Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or combination of applicable work experience.
- Creative individuals who have a strong aptitude for learning Adobe Illustrator and Design layout are welcome to apply.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Graphic Design Account Manager primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide Graphic Designs for existing and new customers.
- Support and grow business within existing accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective customers.
- Provide timely communication and unmatched customer service.
- Identify customer product needs and successfully recommend value added solutions that will improve processes and profitability.
- Work effectively and collaboratively with others on the account management team.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- General computer knowledge and skills to include Microsoft Office, required.
- Fluent skills in Adobe Illustrator and design layout are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
