Sigray, Inc. has an immediate need for a full-time Manufacturing Technician with extensive experience working on complex systems and a strong understanding of assembling systems based on mechanical design models. The successful candidate will be mechanically adept, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced assembly of complex mechanical and electromechanical systems, ensuring precision and adherence to mechanical design models
- Soldering cables and components as part of the assembly process
- Oversee the processing of complete assemblies with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and accessible
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior assemblers
- Assist with preparing both domestic and international shipments
- Cable / wire harness building
- Integrating complex electromechanical systems, LV, HV
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Operate light and heavy manufacturing tools (press, forklift, etc.)
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a team environment
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and set priorities according to current demands
- Ability to deliver solutions under tight deadlines
- Cable making experience (WHMA-A-620) ideal
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in mechanical and electromechanical assembly
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and other mechanical tools, with significant experience in assembling complex systems
- Experience in soldering, brazing, and welding
- Experience in a startup company environment is a plus!
