Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Scientific Marketing and Sales professional at Sigray, Inc. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to marketing and selling advanced laboratory x-ray systems. The position is based in Concord, CA and is onsite. This track offers significant advancement potential.
Responsibilities
- We envision this role to be 75% marketing and 25% onsite customer visits and seminars
- Identifying gaps in marketing
- Arranging symposia and/or visits at customer sites
- Writing and editing marketing collateral for customers
- Creating and adding to presentations
- Ownership and maintenance of Sigray's website and customer portal
- Organizing and presenting at conferences (must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or technical field (strongly preferred Physics or Materials Science)
- Scientific background, with excellent technical writing capabilities
- >3 or more years' experience with semiconductor or scientific equipment marketing
- Communication and Presentation skills
- Personable
- Knowledge of x-ray systems and technologies is a plus
Salary
- Strong base commensurate with experience
- Sales commission for territory
