What You’ll Do:
- Complete advanced Certificates of Insurance, including thorough contract reviews
- Generate detailed Evidence of Property ACORD forms
- Issue Auto ID Cards
- Perform in-depth policy checks to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Obtain change quotes from carriers
- Analyze and create comprehensive loss summaries
- Process agency bill endorsements and coordinate audit disputes efficiently
- Create certificates of insurance and evidence of property templates for assigned accounts
- Conduct in-depth research and gather underwriting information
- Manage a book of business consisting of small accounts while providing support to Account Manager(s)
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Active 2-20 Florida Property and Casualty license; 4-40 considered.
- 3 years of insurance industry experience or experience in a similar role.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Applied Epic.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
