Job Title: Compliance Support Analyst
Reports To: Chief Medicare Compliance Officer
Job Summary:
The coordination and integration of information in a federal product is key to its successful operation. This position is for a detail oriented and intuitive individual. The focus of this position is preparing for and conducting audits, building gap closure processes, assisting the Compliance Officer with CMS and SIHO generated reports. Over-all, the individual in this position must have business analytics and project management skills.

Job Title: Compliance Support Analyst

Over-all, the individual in this position must have business analytics and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Compliance Officer with various duties of monitoring a Federal Product.
- Analyzing data from various reports and assisting with determining departmental owners of data.
- Assist creation of scripting, and training materials.
- Review all CMS Memos and communications.
- Take ownership of the audit for Enrollment and Eligibility (eRPT)
- Assist with multiple projects daily, including IBQ prep and Required Materials from CMS.
- Microsoft Office
- Share Point
- Project management and business analytics experience
- Setting appointments/tracking/engaging owners based on CMS required submissions
- Strong ability to work with and train others
- Organized and efficient communications using Teams, Zoom, Outlook and other formats
- Flexibility to work many/varied tasks per day and maintain clarity of goal
- Assist in internal and vendor audits
- Create efficiencies within SIHO around MTA responsibilities
