What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst position at SII Group USA?
To develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients in the Power Supply / utilities sector, we are looking for a talented Business Analyst for Data Mangement purposes
Missions :
- Collect, analyze, and prioritize business needs
- Define new requirements, write detailed specifications, transform business needs in concrete features to be developped
- Able to influence and understand
- Maintain communication with business, program management, developpers team (local and remote)
- Act as test leader from the design part - Influence the test automation strategy - Run test phasis (UAT)
- Work closely with the developpers
Profile :
- 5 to 8 years of experience minimum as Business Analyst, having a technical background as SW developper is prefered
- Master’s degree in IT or equivalent
- Experience in the energy industry / power supply / power network / smartgrid is mandatory
- Expert in test strategy and test execution skills are mandatory
- Collaborative skills must within IT projects (business, software and dev teams, infrastructure teams, cyberscurity, architects)
- Experience on CRM, Pricing strategy, contract management, billing are expected
- Very good hands on experience on SQL (querries, data manipulation)
- Proficiency and proven experience in SW development, ideally in a Python environment
- Experience of APIs (Soap/REST/Postman)
- Skilled in Data Engineering (SQL, PySpark), CICD Environment, AWS Cloud based infrastructure and services, Databricks
- Proven experience with trading in the field of Energy, Power and Utilities is requested.
