SII Group USA is seeking a Oracle Database Administrator . You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining an Oracle database infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Oracle database infrastructure, including performance monitoring, capacity planning, and automation of database-related processes.
- Develop and implement migration strategies.
- Plan, script, execute, and support the upgrade and / or migration of data to new schema structures, database software, or hardware.
- Develop scripts to support integration with monitoring tools, automate backups, and report tablespace usage.
- Troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve Oracle database issues.
- Develop scripts, jobs, stored procedures, and functions to replicate data to backup databases and purge old data from log tables.
- Test and deploy patches and security updates.
- Support the development, deployment, and maintenance of customer reporting solutions.
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers.
