We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team in El Sadat City Egypt. As a key member of our manufacturing leadership you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our production processes ensuring efficient operations and maintaining highquality standards.
- Develop and implement production strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives
- Oversee daily production operations including scheduling resource allocation and quality control
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products
- Manage and mentor production team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to meet customer expectations
- Optimize inventory management and preventative maintenance schedules
