Job Description
- Perform daily quality tests and inspections on in process materials and finished membranes
- Hourly observation and documentation of production processes and quality parameters
- Perform acceptance tests on incoming raw materials and semi-finished materials
- Formulate color matches for sales using spectrophotometric software
- Data entry of laboratory generated data using MS Excel and MS Access
- Maintain a clean and safe laboratory area.
- Follow company environmental policy and work practices or other concern which would affect safety, environment, or company property
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Degree
- Experience in laboratory environment, measurements, and production desirable
- Some experience with computerized testing equipment such as laboratory balances, tensile testers and spectrophotometers.
