Main Responsibilities
- Partner with senior managers in organization to execute business plan
- Use data and actionable insights to further support and develop the business and the HR function
- Oversee weekly timesheets/payroll for Eaton Rapids, Madison Heights, MI employees
- Maintain accuracy and any updates to HRIS systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or Psychology
- Master's degree a plus
- HR Certification a plus
- Minimum of five to ten years of experience in progressive Human Resources roles in a manufacturing environment
