Job Description
- Answer and direct all phone calls accurately and timely.
- Greet all office guests.
- Track and sort mail and packages for all three buildings.
- Maintain and order office supplies.
- Order and keep coffee and kitchen stocked.
- Gather and build packets for warranty services and marketing.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of similar work experience
- Working Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational capabilities
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
