Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health coaching, medication administration, and memory care, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care in various medical settings.
One day shift and One night shift available.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Perform venipuncture and phlebotomy procedures
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Assist with IV insertion and occupational health assessments
- Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Specialize in memory care for patients with cognitive impairments
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN)
- Proficiency in medication administration and IV insertion
- Knowledge of physiology
- Experience in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in occupational health is a plus
