Customer Service Rep/ Sales Assistant
Position Summary:
- Assisting Retail customers with parts and service inquiries
- Meeting individual sales goals
- Maintain and organize in store and online orders for our customers
- Online sales and automotive vehicle forum sales and promotions
- Car meet and event planning
- Estimating and quoting parts
- Staying current with all new products
- Maintaining inventory integrity through various methods
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Answering email and online inquiries
Requirements and abilities:
- Team player and customer focused mentality
- Must have strong people skills
- Must be resourceful and able to problem solve
- Must have minor mechanical/technical ability
- Must have high school diploma
- Associates Degree or higher is preferred
- Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be able to operate a company vehicle
- Must provide open availability for all normal hours ( All members of sales team are schedule for 5 days per week. Schedule is fixed and not rotating) as well as occasional weekends for events and promotional activities.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment while keeping a customer first mentality
- Must be personable and able to handle customers
- Must be detail oriented and able to work through projects without assistance
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs multiple times a day
