The Warehouse & Pre-Fabrication Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing warehouse operations and prefabrication processes at Sikla USA. This position serves as the direct supervisor for the Quality & Warehouse Logistics Manager and the Warehouse & Fabrication Manager. The WPS ensures that warehouse logistics, inventory management, quality assurance, prefabrication, and health & safety (H&S) regulations are met while driving operational efficiency and process improvements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong experience in warehouse operations, prefabrication, team management, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Logistics Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including goods receipt, storage, inventory accuracy, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Supervise logistics planning and coordination, ensuring timely inbound and outbound shipments.
- Work closely with the Quality & Warehouse Logistics Manager to optimize inventory control and logistics processes.
- Ensure proper use of ERP systems for tracking stock movements and warehouse activities.
- Maintain warehouse health & safety compliance and ensure that best practices are followed.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors in warehouse operations.
- Oversee and structure prefabrication operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Work with the Warehouse & Fabrication Manager to allocate personnel and responsibilities for prefabrication tasks.
- Ensure high-quality assembly, cutting, and prefabrication of steel and metal components according to specifications.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline fabrication workflows.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of prefabricated products.
- Ensure fabrication equipment is maintained and properly utilized to meet operational needs.
- Supervise and provide leadership to the warehouse and prefabrication team.
- Directly manage and support the Quality & Warehouse Logistics Manager and the Warehouse & Fabrication Manager.
- Establish clear performance expectations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and team development.
- Provide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities to the team.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between warehouse, logistics, and prefabrication teams.
- Strong leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, and prefabrication operations.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate teams while driving operational efficiency.
- Solid knowledge of warehouse logistics, supply chain management, and prefabrication processes.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems for inventory and production management.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and operational efficiency methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational challenges proactively.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or prefabrication operations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and improving warehouse efficiency.
- Experience with quality assurance, safety regulations, and compliance standards in warehouse and fabrication environments.
- Background in prefabrication, assembly, or light manufacturing is a plus.
- Experience working with logistics providers, vendors, and transportation partners.
- This is NOT an entry-level position - intended for experienced professionals with leadership skills and hands-on experience.
- Forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs independently.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Must demonstrate loyalty and commitment to the organization and team members.
- Willingness to participate in AUKUS Group Training in the UK (passport required).
