Sila has an exciting opportunity to work with our Provo team in supporting our brands nationally. The Brand Ambassador / Team Lead will learn from and work with the Office Manager in the daily and strategic operations in support of our Inside Sales Operation that supports the overall HVAC operations of the company. The Brand Ambassador will be a valued player in support of the company’s growth.

Assist with Brand communications
You will be responsible coordination with brands for blackout dates
You will be responsible for keeping the brand database up-to-date
Handling Abandon Calls
Mainly coverage when team members are off
Outbound Sales Calls
You will be an expert on Service Titan, Zoho (Both desk & CRM), and dialer
You will be a resource for the team
You will be responsible for downloading the calls
You will need to store them in the shared folder
You will be responsible for adding the calls to the jobs for the brands that have requested this
Assist in the training of new hires as needed
Other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
In this role, you will be calling our existing customers and scheduling appointments for preventive maintenance services or equipment upgrade consultations.
Requirements:
Stellar customer service skills
High levels of personal energy, honesty, empathy, and self-motivation
Good listening skills with ability to solve customer concerns to overcome purchasing objections
Patience when answering questions and assisting agents
Ability to work within a structured environment that is goal-oriented
Proficient in Service Titan
Proficient in Zoho products, especially CRM & DeskExcellent knowledge of the Five9 system
Prior direct sales experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Job Types: 11:30-7 (Close) with a 30-minute Lunch. Minimum 35 hours a week.
