\n- Installation Quality: Maintain a consistently high level of installation quality, as evaluated through post-installation inspections and customer feedback.
- Efficiency and Productivity: Complete HVAC installations within the established timeframes, meeting or exceeding the company's productivity standards.
- First-Time Installation Success: Achieve a first-time installation success rate as established by the Installation Manager, ensuring minimal revisits or callbacks due to installation-related issues.
- Technical Proficiency: Continuously update and enhance technical skills, staying informed about the latest installation techniques, manufacturer guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Safety Adherence: Maintain a perfect safety record, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines. Ensure zero safety incidents or accidents within the performance period.
- Mentorship and Guidance: Provide effective mentorship and guidance to the Install Apprentice, contributing to their skill development and ensuring a positive learning experience.
- Professionalism, Appearance, and Customer Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with customers during installations. Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor while representing Ainsley. during installations, earning high marks for professionalism from customers.
- Accuracy of Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete documentation of installation details, equipment used, and any modifications in the company's systems, such as Service Titan.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Install Apprentice and other team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork.
- Continual Improvement: Actively participate in performance reviews and self-assessments, identifying areas for personal improvement and setting development goals to enhance overall job performance. Pursue additional certifications and training opportunities to expand expertise and proficiency in installing HVAC equipment.
- Installer and Apprentice Development: Monitor and track the progress of the Install Apprentice, providing regular feedback and opportunities for growth and skill advancement.
- Timeliness and Punctuality: Maintain a consistent record of punctuality and attendance, arriving at installation sites and appointments on time.
