CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Customer Service Representative, you arrive on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00am to 6:00pm ready to provide our customers with a ‘Wow’ customer service experience. You cheerfully, clearly articulate what we can do for our customers as you schedule their appointments and answer their questions.
Your customer service skills come through as you help solve customers’ problems into scheduled maintenance, service and sales appointments. You call customers to update them on the technician's progress, verify that services have been performed appropriately, and ensure client satisfaction. Through it all, you build a strong rapport with both colleagues and customers alike. You love that being in this important customer service role, you help make our clients comfortable and happy!
QUALIFICATIONS
Great personality, warm, friendly, empathic and caring.
Must be a people person who loves talking and helping customers. If this is NOT you, don’t apply.2 years call center experience including out bounding or selling.IT competent and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite2 years’ experience working for a residential HVAC, plumbing or electrical service company desirable, not required. Proficient with Service Titan preferred, not required.
The successful candidate will utilize a strong customer service attitude with the ability to schedule customer appointments including calling customers and scheduling their heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical system checks and maintenances. Computer skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment are necessary.
