What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member position at Silantra Asian Street Kitchen?
Silantra Asian Street Kitchen is a fast, casual restaurant concept based out of Lancaster, PA. We are opening a new store in Camp Hill, PA. THIS SPECIFIC POSITION IS BASED OUT OF CAMP HILL, PA.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Attending to and serving customers and providing top customer experience/service
- Grilling/cooking food for the hot bar
- Making customer orders with careful attention to order details
- Cleaning front of house and back of house and staying on top of order and cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- Prepping food in back of house and ensuring food quality and availability
Kitchen experience is not required (we will train you step by step). Good work ethic and being a team player are the most important to us. Must understand the importance of good customer service.
Pay: $15/hour PLUS cash AND credit card tips (ranges between $17-$18 an hour).
Schedule:
- 4-day work weeks 11:00am-9:00pm
- 3 days off
- MUST BE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS - SATURDAY AND SUNDAY! Please do not apply if you are not available on the weekends.
