Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on sourcing, recruiting, and retaining exceptional talent while fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture. The ideal candidate will excel in developing innovative recruitment strategies, attracting top-tier candidates, and implementing effective retention practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent for diverse roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions that align with technical and cultural requirements.
- Manage relationships with staffing agencies, recruiters, and universities to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
- Execute recruitment strategies, including networking, cold-calling, and leveraging web-based and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and ensure a seamless interview and onboarding experience for candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Facilitate onboarding processes, providing employment documents, training resources, and guidance to new hires.
- Ensure recruitment practices align with company objectives, industry standards, and legal compliance.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and report key recruitment metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
- Provide training and mentorship to managers on interview skills, best practices, and legal compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (construction industry experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and meet hiring goals.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO compliance.
- Ability to build strong relationships, prioritize tasks, and work independently or collaboratively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to report and interpret recruitment data.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
