What are the responsibilities and job description for the Orthodontic Assistant position at Silcox Orthodontics?
Our orthodontic office in Cottonwood Heights is upbeat, fast paced, full of energy, and filled with fantastic patients and staff members. Our doctor holds his own too! We are growing and need to fill a part-time position as a clinical orthodontic assistant. The biggest qualification is that you need to be awesome! Of course, organized, friendly, bright, a real people person, good with your hands, and a fast learner are all part of being awesome! Previous orthodontic assisting experience is a real plus, but if your personality overwhelms us, we will train until your skills match your personality. Obviously, we are looking for a long-term team mate! As a clinical assistant, you will be in people’s mouths doing ortho assistant stuff! That includes changing archwires, impressions, 3D scans, banding teeth, etc. This is a part-time job but full days are required. We need someone 9-10 days per month. 90% of those days would be Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
If you meet these qualifications, we’d love to see your resume/CV.
