Shift: Day Shift - 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Thursday)
Position Description
SilencerCo is seeking a highly skilled and disciplined Manufacturing Engineer to lead operations in our Machine Shop. This role involves performing process capability analyses to optimize part flow, designing and building tooling and automation to enhance production, and collaborating with R&D to ensure seamless new product transitions.
Job Responsibilities
- Update cycle times and PSW in collaboration with planning.
- Collect and analyze SPC data.
- Develop inspection plans in coordination with Quality.
- Maintain and update the shop floor layout.
- Actively contribute to the NPI process.
- Lead Kaizen events and manage process improvement projects.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SolidWorks.
- Utilize experience with CAM software.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills.
- Showcase a proven track record of process improvement.
Job Qualifications
- A degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
- 3 years supporting a CNC machine shop.
