Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Nursing Units: Support the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and promoting patient/family satisfaction.
- Mentor and Develop Staff: Guide and direct nursing staff on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Facilitate coordination and communication with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and implementation of the care model.
- Talent Development and Management: Participate in recruitment, new hire orientation, and employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Requirements: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred. Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
