We are seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and another language. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service while managing the front office operations. The Bilingual Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date client records.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, managing mail, filing, scanning, organizing office documents, and office supply inventory.
- Provide support as a personal assistant when needed, helping with various tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Translate and interpret conversations and documents between Spanish and English as needed.
- Handle inquiries in both English and Spanish fluently, ensuring clear communication with all clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with learning new software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Customer service experience (preferred in a legal or professional environment.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
