Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate guest information is maintained.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Operate phone systems to answer calls, take messages, and provide information.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred.
