Pay Range- $23.31-$25.91
POSITION PURPOSE :
Responsible for maintaining and supporting the facility's infrastructure, equipment, and grounds through comprehensive preventive maintenance, responsive repair services, and efficient inventory management.
B. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
C. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Perform routine and emergency maintenance, including building and grounds.
Perform inventory and help in the parts room.
Perform minor building, office, and grounds repairs as needed.
Clean-up of production area and machinery.
Help with general maintenance tasks within the plant.
Help in other job functions as required.
Observe safety and security procedures; report potentially unsafe conditions; use equipment and materials properly.
Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, and HACCP Pre-requisite Programs related to activities performed for this position.
QUALIFICATIONS : Education, Knowledge, Training, and Work Experience
- High school Diploma or G.E.D.
- 1-3 years general maintenance experience.
- Documented demonstration of knowledge and job performance to the Maintenance Manager's satisfaction.
ENVIRONMENT :
The work environment is a high-speed manufacturing operation with heavy-duty industrial equipment.
