Assist other maintenance employees in troubleshooting issues with machines and equipment plant-wide
Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on all sorts of machines and equipment
In depth working knowledge of common controls architecture including Keyence and Sacmi vision systems, PLC, HMI, Drive controller software
Able to restore operating systems of common controls architecture including vision, communication, PLC, HMI and Drive controller software
Assist in developing machine and work cell reliability projects, conducts machine and equipment audits, compiles associated parts and task list

High school diploma or equivalent
7- 10 years industrial plant maintenance experience or successful completion of Technical Schools or classes supporting electrical, electronic troubleshooting and repairs advanced training levels of hydraulic function, trouble shooting and repair
Mechanical aptitude and problem solving required
Documented demonstration of knowledge and performance of the job to the satisfaction of the Maintenance Manager
Excellent personal leadership and organizational skills
Proficient computer skills to include MS Office and Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of CMMS .
