What you'll do:

• Responsible for planning, directing and implementing all necessary area activities in a safe and environmentally conscious manner with a keen focus on continuous improvement while improving productivity, quality and reducing maintenance expenditures
• Overseeing the Tool & Die Makers, Electricians & Maintenance Mechanics

What you'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required
• A minimum of eight years related experience required
• Journeyman status as tool and die maker and machinist preferred
