Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Management Development Program participant to join our team. As a key member of our production management development program, you will gain hands-on experience and comprehensive technical training to excel in operations management at one of the largest metal food container manufacturing companies in the industry.
You will assist plant management with daily plant operations, including staff supervision, production planning, and equipment management. You will also apply statistical process principles and basic quality tools to optimize production, manage production throughput, and enforce standard operating procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in an engineering or manufacturing field
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations with hands-on experience using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
- 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
