Job Responsibilities
">Your primary duties as an equipment operator will include:
- Service and operate sheet feeder, presses, compound liners, elevators, conveyors, compound system, and other equipment
- Maintain production of quality ends as defined in our quality standards
- Perform inspection procedures at scheduled intervals and enter corresponding data into a Windows computer
- React accordingly to any nonstandard conditions
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualities:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
- The ability to operate and maintain Silgan's can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements
