Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full-time Mechanic to join our team in Ft. Madison, IA plant. As a key member of our production line, you will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment and tooling, performing preventative maintenance, repairing or replacing worn parts, and ensuring smooth production line operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial canmaking machinery
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Repair or replace worn parts to prevent downtime and maintain productivity
