What you'll do :
Load and pick-up resin at the local rail yard and unload resin into the plant silos as needed based on specific product and production needs
Deliver product to customers throughout the state of Pennsylvania as needed.
Responsible for food safety.
Perform warehouse associate responsibilities when not performing as driver.
Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and procedures as well as SQF System requirements.
Responsible for routinely checking silos to ensure that waste resin is cleaned up and properly disposed of.
Represent Silgan Closures in a professional manner, with a high degree of respect for existing and potential customers.

What you'll need to have :
Class A CDL
1 to 3 months related experience or training
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance, instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure.
Must possess attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness.
Current Forklift license is preferred but not required.
