What You'll Do:

• Identify and solve production problems that negatively impact product quality and/or throughput
• Direct major equipment overhauls and audits
• Conduct training sessions for supervisors and mechanics on equipment operation and set up
• Work with suppliers to specify, develop, and debug new products, production equipment, and manufacturing lines
• Assist in the design and modification of complex tooling required to produce new and innovative products
• Conduct equipment buyoffs to ensure capability, efficiencies, and product specifications are met

What you need to have:

• High School diploma required; BS in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering preferred
• 6 months of proven mechanical experience required
• Skilled with computer software: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time or as needed
• Experience with oxidizers or ovens a plus
