Starting pay of $29.29 - $35.96 per hour

What you'll do:
- While running production, service, operate, maintain, overhaul, and monitor various pieces of equipment.
- Maintain production of quality single-piece cans as defined in our quality standards.
- Perform inspection procedures at the scheduled intervals
- Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
- Utilize your mechanical knowledge in maintaining a high-speed industrial can manufacturing line.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all industrial mechanical systems.
- Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010.
- Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
We need you to have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Experience working with machinery, cars, farm equipment, etc.
- Willingness to focus on Safety, Quality, and Production in all you do on the job
