Palletizer Operator

Your schedule:

• Non-floating schedule: will NOT rotate between days and nights
• Train on the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM; after training is completed you will work the night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Work 2-2-3 schedule: You will work 2 days, then get 2 rest days, followed by 3 days of work, and get every other weekend off.

What you'll do:

• Operate any and all palletizers and depalletizers in the plant.
• Operate manufacturing equipment effectively and efficiently to keep production lines at maximum productivity.
• Monitor quality of product and follow established protocols when defects are found.
• Perform rework, can and chipboard, to keep Hold inventory at minimum levels.
• Complete all required documents for purposes of tractability, production reporting, and quality requirements.

We need you to have:

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing work experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
