Web Application Business Analyst
Onsite position in Brookfield, WI

What you'll do:
- Translate business needs into requirements and solutions for web applications
- Elicit requirements and stakeholder engagement
- Document user stories, workflows, and wireframes
- Work closely and collaboratively with web developers on solutions that meet or exceed user expectations
- Use Jira to manage and track software development work
- Lead Agile SCRUM teams and ceremonies
- User training, documentation, and support
- Participate in the testing of web applications
- Post deployment support of end users in the use and adoption of web applications
- Communicate with stakeholders on project status
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems Computer Science, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in a business analysis capacity
- Knowledge of Agile development concepts and the ability to apply those concepts in a web development team
- 1 year of experience working with a web development team preferred
- JD Edwards EnterpriseOne exposure is a plus
- Experience with SQL databases and query language is a plus
- Business Analysis or Scrum Certifications is a plus
