Machine Operator

Starting pay is $26.71/hour Shift: 6AM – 6PM (rotating 3-2-2 schedule) What we offer you: Starting pay is $26.06/hour Quarterly bonus based on group efficiency, safety, housekeeping, and quality metrics. What you’ll do: Gain knowledge of production lines, equipment, and quality standards Work on a palletizer to group and layer finished goods in preparation for storage or shipment Check the quality of the cans to identify defects We need you to have: Ability to read, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English Experience using computers, copiers, calculators, scanners, and printers Knowledge of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) High energy to keep machines moving Who we are: America's largest metal food packaging producer.
