- Develop and maintain effective quality control processes
- Devise and review specifications for products or processes
- Identify improvement opportunities and develop new and efficient procedures
- Maintain documentation, administer training, and ensure compliance for internal and external audits
- Other duties as assigned by management
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of manufacturing quality work history
- SQF and HACCP Certifications a plus
- Proficient with computer applications and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrate analytical and statistical abilities with strong attention to detail
- The ability to follow instructions and be a team player
- The ability to pull, push, bend, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
