Job Summary
This position is responsible for ensuring product safety and quality in all aspects of production. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe working environment, operating machinery, and evaluating materials to meet established standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain product safety and quality in all production processes.
- Ensure production has all necessary materials.
- Clean and maintain machinery, including color changes and resin changes.
- Evaluate materials to ensure high quality and conformance with established standards.
- Report any food safety and quality problems or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area.
- Perform sweeping, cleaning, and sorting duties as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Break employees into the department.
- Un-jam assemblers as needed.
- Tape boxes shut, label them, and stack for shipment.
- Fork truck certification required.
Work Environment:
This role requires working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with various machines and equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals.
