Relevant education or cumulative years of experience are required. Preferred candidates have experience in blow molding, specifically 1-2 years. Additional experience in BM is also beneficial.

The Process Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality bottles. The individual is responsible for operating blow molding machines, making necessary adjustments and repairs to maintain efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safety protocols, health regulations, and quality control measures.
- PARTICIPATE in continuous quality improvement projects and other related activities as assigned.
- Operate plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment to produce bottles in a safe and high-quality manner.
- Perform mold, insert, and color changes on the line as needed.
- Optimize machine efficiency and reduce scrap by processing blow molding machines.
- Monitor resins, material handling, and color systems for proper processing conditions.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products against established standards.
- Assist maintenance personnel with mechanical repairs and perform preventative maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety and housekeeping standards.
- Complete and file all necessary documentation in a timely manner.
- Minimize regrind generation and maximize consumption through efficient equipment operation.
- Properly identify and handle regrind and scrap materials.
- Communicate processing information to designated personnel during shift changes.
- Provide training to Set-up Technicians and Machine Operators as required.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on new product launches and development.
- Meet production targets and performance metrics.
