**Your Role in Our Story:**

• Steward the department budget concerning both expenses and procurement, spearhead capital projects for site enhancement and new equipment acquisition.
• Own plant performance metrics including OEE, safety, scrap, cavitation, product quality, and more.
• Implement Reliability Centered Maintenance programs using RCFA techniques to preclude failures and streamline processes.
• Advance asset lifespan maximization, heightened energy efficiency, inventory oversight, lowered maintenance expenditure, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Adopt and integrate continuous improvement tools for streamlining organization, documentation, and issue resolution.

**Skills and Experience We Seek:**

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required.
• 3-5 years in a manufacturing setting of moderate to large scale.
• 3-5 years in leadership roles within maintenance or engineering.
• Experience with RCM and preventive maintenance scheduling is a must.
