Your Role in Transforming Our Operations:
- Strategically plan and execute all pivotal area functions emphasizing safety, environmental consciousness, and continuous refinement to boost productivity and quality while lowering maintenance costs.
- Manage the Tool & Die Makers, Electricians, and Maintenance Mechanics effectively.
- Align projects with Plant Manager and Corporate on timelines and budgets.
- Support production areas with mechanical assistance and oversee preventative maintenance schedules.

Your Expertise:
- Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- At least eight years in a related field.
