We are looking for a Director of Finance who will be the main point of contact between the US and Austrian HQ on all financial matters. This Senior Management position is responsible for Supervision of the Finance department which includes accounting as well as credit and collections sub-departments. Administer compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Provide guidance with issues arising between accounts and corporate policy and procedure for all phases of the credit process. In this role you will:
- Handle corporate taxes and banking
- Oversee corporate insurance policies
- Initiate wire transfers
- Manage the Month end and Quarter end reports and analysis
- Manage the yearly budget process with Linz HQ and President
- Manage year end audit and consolidation
- Oversee and Manage the Payable department, sign checks and PO’s
- Review and monitor cost of goods sold
- Prepare inventory schedules, asset register and depreciation schedules
- Oversee and Manage the Credit and Collections process, act as escalation for the team.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or International Business. MBA Finance or Management is preferred.
10 years of experience in Corporate accounting with progressive levels of responsibility, and experience managing a team of finance professionals. This person will be highly proficient with Excel Spreadsheets and experience with SAP/ SAP Concur is highly desired.
Physical Demands: Individual will be required to sit for extended periods of time. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periods throughout the day. Will be required to lift and carry materials and documents throughout the day. Occasional bending, or squatting may be needed to access file cabinets. Minimal lifting of heavy objects. Must be available for domestic and International travel when requested.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
