We are currently looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our Product Team. This position entails assisting in the development and execution of organizational reports for sales, product, finance and marketing inclusive of :
- Creation of the reporting calendar to include : Standard monthly and quarterly reporting as well as other scheduled reports and requests
- Data and map administration for territory realignments, including territory analysis
- Acts as mapping software ‘trainer’ for Sales
- Tracking of inventory and planning, providing field updates regarding availability as well as summaries for Product Manager.
- Track product lifecycles; includes preparation of analysis for use at product style-outs
- Reports on returns and quality issues for timely resolution by product management
- Tracking of all Sales Account Executive (AE) marketing activities and promotions for efficiency and effectiveness
- Administer all sales reporting including territory analysis, benchmarking and new collection sales
- Aid marketing team in the gathering and interpretation of insights that support the development of selling tools and programs
- Help various departments with their reporting requests, i.e. shop in shop, distribution, fact checking, ad hoc finance requests
- Run and distribute various daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintains sales promotions and set lists
- Various research and presentation of findings as requested
Minimum Requirements :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics or a related field.
Skills
Desired Qualifications;
Physical Demands : Must be able to lift and carry at least 25 pounds, push, pull, sit, stand, bend and twist as necessary. Position is mainly sedentary.
Equipment / Systems Used : Microsoft Office proficiency, exposure to Cognos and WBR. High skill level with mapping software. such as power BI.
