A top ten developer is looking for a Sr Superintenden t with experience in Multi-Family, Apartments, Hotels, or Assisted Living construction projects. The ideal candidate will lead and manage the construction team on site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality. Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage pre-construction development, such as managing all consultants.
- Schedule trades and manage week-ahead reporting.
- Tracking project deliveries using project management tools.
- Coordinating directly and indirectly with project staff to ensure successful completion of the project – Directing, supervising, supporting, and coordinating the project team members / staff.
- Communicating with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to establish cordial / effective working relationships.
- Reporting on project progress and sharing relevant information.
