About the Role:
Join our innovative AI higher education company as a Part-Time Customer Success Specialist! This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to gain experience in EdTech while maintaining a flexible schedule. Most of our customer success processes are automated, so you'll focus on providing the human touch where it matters most: live onboarding sessions and responsive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct video onboarding sessions for new customers, guiding them through our AI education platform and liasoning with our development team
- Provide prompt, helpful responses on Intercom with minimal turnaround time
- Bridge the time zone gap between East Coast customers and our PST-based team
- Document customer feedback to help improve our automated processes
- Represent our company's values and mission during all customer interactions
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience with video conferencing and customer-facing roles
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Interest in AI, education technology, and accessibility
Customer service experience a plus
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST
